I passed a guy on a scooter this morning looking much like the guy in the above picture except he wasn’t wearing a helmet, and he was wearing a trash bag. It looked like misery.
When gas prices get really bad, I toy with the idea of getting a scooter. Seeing that guy today, however, reminded me of why it’s such a bad idea in Houston.
